Cornerstone Development
Burget and Associates, Inc. performed a complete property survey of the subject lands with total topographical interpretation of contours with the locations of delineated wetlands. GPS was used for horizontal control and a Coast and Geodetic monument was used for the vertical control. Locations were established for all utility easements and all critcal features needed for future subdivision planning.
Deitchman Apartment Complex
Burget and Associates, Inc. produced a site plan for development of two additional lots, new office buildings, and apartments. This development required boundary survey, topographical location of all existing buildings, parking areas, roadways, and utilities, with interpolation of ground contouring.
